Brian MacMillan: This is actually the beginning of my fourth year in the business.

BrokerIPTV: Today, we are talking with Paul Jensen aka Thrifty Handyman. Paul, welcome to the show. Thanks for being with us.
Paul Jensen: Pleasure to be here Dan.
BrokerIPTV: Well, you do a lot with real estate agents, which is one of the reasons why I wanted to talk with you, but tell me a little about your business.
Paul Jensen: We have a handyman remodeling and construction business. We do most aspects of home improvement; it's mostly residential. We do some commercial, very limited. It runs the gamut from building decks, putting in tile, doing bathroom and kitchen remodels, responding to inspection lists. We do foreclosure homes that need a lot of work. Sometimes there are HUD homes that need work and it's just painting, drywall, you know the typical things you see. <watch video>

Kevin Best: That is correct. Instanet Solutions is the largest provider of online contracts and document storage in the United States. A little over 360,000 realtors that are currently using this product. <watch video>

I don't know about most of you, but after personally attending a conference like Inman Real Estate Connect in San Francisco and New York, for so many multiple years, you become somewhat numb to the goings on of the event. So, I was delighted when I received these Inman notes from a first time connect attender. I found it interesting as to what the take-away was for this newbie person. This individual has asked to remain unknown, but allowed me to share their thoughts with all of you. I feel it's an excellent review and let's me know that I am still on track.
One thing for sure, the information comes flying at you like a firehouse shoved in your mouth.
